Role Model Teacher in the Development of Learners

Teachers and educators continue the educational role of prophets and divine saints, being trustworthy role models and guides. They are considered visionary and capable scholars who are tasked with guiding, enlightening, planning, educating, supporting, consulting, giving feedback, and encouraging learners to challenge themselves. Current situations, to expand and develop capacities They are responsible for realizing the merits and achieving certain levels of a virtuous life. In Educational systems, many people are working and activities. It is directly or indirectly effective in educating students, but in this, their teachers are much more important than those of other people. More prominently, it seems that students spend most of their time in school under their supervision and other factors also provide the ground for activity. Teachers are; therefore, many graduates of the traditional and modern educational systems consider their personality formation to be indebted to their teachers. The most important factor in the development of scientific mental cultivation in a society is the educational system. In the revealed religion of Islam, upbringing takes precedence over education, and therefore the issue of ethics in education is very important on the other hand, from this perspective, the existence of role models plays a pivotal role in all areas of human life, especially in the field of ethics and education, which are considered to be the main pillars in the correct direction of education, and the need for practical models in this field is undeniable. There are many roles in educational institutions and many people are involved in education, but among them, the role of the teacher has a special significance, and this is due to the close and face-to-face relationship that the teacher establishes with the students during the education process.
